Kim Long in Moncton

Called Kim Longs at 530, was told it was a 30 minute wait. No problem i make my way in about 40 minutes after my order was placed and waiting in the restaurant for another 50 minutes. Very unprofessional, over promised and under delivered when I got 2 kids waiting at home for food.

Service is good, but food could use some improvement. Food is not hot enough and ribs could be more tender and egg rolls less greasy.

Kim Long serves up above average Chineas and Vietnamese food as a whole, a 3.5 stars under normal circumstances, however they're hyper friendly customer service, competitive pricing, and absolutely delicious tender scrumptious fried rice put them above.With a little extra work this place could easily be a 5.I will return here when I have the craving for this food again for the fried rice alone.

The buffet here was divine. A lot of good selections. This is a small unassuming little spot but I really think it's a hidden gem. The facility was neat and clean. The staff were wonderful. Recommended.

Just ordered szechaun from there.. this is how gross it was.. in fairness it was one hair but it broke in two when I tried to pull it out !!

Very good buffet and service

Ok buffet. But also expensive arrived at 4pm buffet was starting to be filled up.after about 20 mins everything that was going to come out.dessert options are low 2 cakes 2 jello and a small insert of fruit salad they need more options for the dessert. Had a bad experience with the tea it tasted horrible It must have been sitting there all day long.Buffet needs to be cheaper for the amount you get.

Reasonably priced Chinese food at a convenient location.

Small place friendly atmosphere buffet items are hot and fresh. Do not let the small amounts on buffet table fool you as they continuous refill this keeps food hotter and fresh for you. Prices are reasonable as well and the staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs.

I have found this place to be average for the food and for me I'm just around the corner so its convenient. I haven't been at a Chinese food place in moncton as if yet that would give 4 stars to because of a combination of cleanliness, service, updates/renovations, customer service and price.

"it was the worst meal I have ever had at a restaurant in my life ". Empy dishes, dried out food, when more fried rice was added was mush and tasted spoiled. Chicken balls were to hard inside to cut with a knife, beef and brocholi had brown brocholi, spare ribs were hard and old tasting.. We left our plates full and still were charged 35$ for two. Not recomended. Washrooms were filthy

Delicious food, pretty good prices and a decent selection. They do takeout and delivery, and the lady who delivered it was friendly!

Not a great night! We had to go ask for water after 15 minutes as we take pills with supper. The food was scarce at the buffet table and less than warm. We have been there before and this was the worst. Would not recommend. Disappointment.

Delighted with the food. Went in for the lunch buffet. Reasonably priced at $14 pp. Clean. Reccomend!

Wasn't the best. Service was not good, had to ask for water. Then waiter never came back to table. Food was not fresh. Rather dried out and very salty.

Food was good service was to had the buffet everything i tried was good won tong soup was really good not salty at all if your looking for good Chinese food go there buffet is a little small but what they put on it is worth eating.

The food here is always tasty and the staff are pleasant. The buffet does not offer a large selection but the selection they do offer is very good.

I LOVE this restaurant. When it comes to have my favorite dish, won tong soup, beef and broccoli and chicken balls, this is the only place I order them as they outstand all the other chinese restaurant in the area.I recommend it to all my friends and family visiting from Quebec, they all love it!

Best service, waitress always knows what we want before we even order.. been going here since I was pregnant with my daughter (now 4) and it is her and my favourite place, food always good and buffet always refilled and kept up, and good price ! Not planning on changing spots anytime soon 👌🏻

One of my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Moncton, great price and quality! Chicken Balls and Fried Chicken rice are the best in town for sure. The only negative feedback is the buffet price, should be a little bit lower.

worst buffet ever

My girlfriend and I have been touring the east coast and found ourselves a tad peckish on a Monday night in Moncton. Decided to indulge in the cultural mosaic this beautiful city has to offer with a dinner buffet at Kim long's. We arrived 2 hours before closing and the buffet had been packed away. Not being the picky type, we decided to order off the menu. The first three consecutive items I ordered were shot down by the tired looking waitress, mentioning that they no longer had it in stock. By the third item being shot down we decided to leave and went to the Swiss Chalet across the street. There the food was fresh and delicious, the service was fast, friendly and more than accommodating. My girlfriend and I ended up having a lovely evening. 10/10 would go back to Kim Long's.

Buffet was better than most of this type in Moncton.They were able to serve 20 of us last minute on New Year's Day.

We called to place an order and were told it was “too much work” to make a combination plate with chow main, moo goo guy pan and rice. They were super rude on the phone. We won’t go there again. We were willing to pay extra and other restaurants had no problems with this.
